LOL yeah i know bad joke....

| Pro Stature | Cardio Stat Bike ( high resistance) x 7 sprints good stuff, i do sprints on the stat bike instead of sitting on it for 60 minutes because i don't have that kind of patients for cardio. i turn it up to a high resistance and peddle as fast as i can until my legs give out or the burn in my quads is too much to take anymore. repeat that till i can barely breath and im done. threw up a little in my mouth after the 6th sprint..have a headache and feel kinda sick now. now that's cardio :mango:
