what I do for my warmup for deadlifts(which i dont log), is I do 135, 225, then whatever weight for my working set. Example my dl's today were : 135, 225, 370, 315. Gives me an adequate warm up without pushing the limits to much so I save strength for a heavy lift. ull get there. dont try to max out every week, maybe once every 3 weeks or so.

morning weight was 157.2, up from like 152. now im back at where i use to be like a month ago, lol kinda gay but ive gained weight.
