| FDU Devils Weightlifter | what I do for my warmup for deadlifts(which i dont log), is I do 135, 225, then whatever weight for my working set. Example my dl's today were : 135, 225, 370, 315. Gives me an adequate warm up without pushing the limits to much so I save strength for a heavy lift. ull get there. dont try to max out every week, maybe once every 3 weeks or so. gj on the other lifts

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 99 | ts overload week, which means failure every set Deadlift 285 x 5 305 x 3 NEW PB 320 x 1 almost popped a eye vessel, my breathing technique was shit wide grip pull ups +40 x 2 x 2 WTF wide grip pull ups (palms facing me) +30 x 3 NEW PB +25 x 4 DB one hand row 100 x 4 95 x 6 NEW PB 95 x 4 wide grip lat pulldowon 120 x 8 RP x 2 DB shrugs 80 x 7 RP x 3 EZ curl bar 75 x 8 NEW PB RP x 3 Dumbell curls 35s x 5 RP x 3 some forearm work great ****in bicep workout, my bi's are still weak and small as **** though compared to my upper body. pretty decent workout, coulda gone better though on deads
