Standing Alt. DB Curls: 70x10-3-3 (LT: 65x20RP) Rev. EZ Curls: 100x20-12-8 (LT: 95x40RP) Concentration Curls: 80x4 + extreme stretching Comments: Fun times. Woke up this morn really stiff and sore but was pumped to start my deadlift routine. Back felt really strong on pulldowns and rows, deads were easy, despite the deep fatigue in my back and legs. Arms felt great.

Went into the workout in a really shitty mood, but then some uppity woman took my flat bench that was strategically positioned under 315lbs on the smith machine while I was taking a piss. She returned it right away, but it gave me the rage to fuel my entire workout. Stabilizers are getting back into shape fast on the dumbell presses, and everything felt very strong today.
