I do lower volume weeks when I feel I need to recharge, but I typically keep the weightloads the same.

Solid workout. Took about 40 minutes. Bench felt great. I had another bad migraine on Saturday, so I decided I am going to dial down my intensity a bit on my accessory work and what not to see if that helps. I will shoot for one intense PR-breaking set, and the rest at 70-80% from now on.
