Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 37 | 2/21: Maximum Effort – Squat/Deads ATG Squats: 135x8, 185x6, 225x3, 275x3, 315x1, 405x1, 435x0, 315x3 (2min rests) Seated Good Mornings: 365x6, 375x5 (60s rests) Underhand CG Seated Rows: 327x8, 327x8 (60s rests) EZ Curls: 160x12, 145x12 (60s rests) + stretching Comments: Good session despite squats sucking. Calves are just too beat up, and I had no spring off the bottom. CNS is pretty fatigued, it needs some rest. Had to keep focus after my missed squat so I wouldn’t drag ass the rest of the session. Everything else went great.
