I keep reps low on squats simply because my legs grow pretty easily and I want to focus on strength. They are over 27" now and I have no desire for them to get any bigger - pants are hard enough to find the way it is ![]()

Went in way too intense and just about passed out after doing my RP'd side laterals. I was supersetting shoulders with with chest work and my stamina finally failed, but it was alot better than yesterday. Still not back to normal though. Awesome PR on shoulder presses, went light on incline db so my shoulder would not get aggravated. Forearm did not hurt at all today (it still hurts on certain movements, which I avoid), so that is definitely a positive sign. Lots of strength today.
