Haha. Good luck with the doctor. If you can get liquids in, you could drink protein shakes and (my favorite) milkshakes with protein in them.

No solid liquids unfortunately - everything has to be something you can 'see through' - ie: 7up, some fruit juices, etc.

Weighed in at 216 at 7am today before I went to bed, up from 211.5 the day before, hah. 7000+cals does a body good

Comments: Still not recovered from Tuesday's fasting and what not. Felt weak, and had no energy. Had to use alot more energy to stay focused and do what I came to the gym to do. Had a great workout overall. My legs will hate me tomorrow. That last set of leg press is not a typo.

I keep reps low on squats simply because my legs grow pretty easily and I want to focus on strength. They are over 27" now and I have no desire for them to get any bigger - pants are hard enough to find the way it is

Comments: Shit this was a tough workout. Went in way too intense and just about passed out after doing my RP'd side laterals. I was supersetting shoulders with with chest work and my stamina finally failed, but it was alot better than yesterday. Still not back to normal though. Awesome PR on shoulder presses, went light on incline db so my shoulder would not get aggravated. Forearm did not hurt at all today (it still hurts on certain movements, which I avoid), so that is definitely a positive sign. Lots of strength today.
