notes:
-leg press instead of squat today bc lower bacjk was a bit sore and wanted to do my DL set
-DL felt strong and easy
-push presses were ok...wrists still getting used to that bend again, but not bad
-alt curls felt strong, good forearm veins...next week we'll try for 40x15

notes:
-good workout..I like this texas method
-squats were soso, legs werent fresh by any means. 315x4 was draining...having trouble in the hole lately
-deads felt strong, 420 was pretty easy and quick. 435 was very quick off the floor, slowed a bit near the knees, then easy lockout.
-bench felt pretty good too, 230 flew off the chest. could've probably gotten more, but was happy with this for now.
-leaving town sunday for a few days, when I get back I wanna get up to like 350 squat/465 deadlift/250 bench again, at or under 200lb BW.(short term)

Nice workout and program design look forward to seeing you make good progress in your program. Oh by the way impressive leg press weights.

Shit man that is a lot of squatting and deadlifts. It is impressive you can keep increasing to such high weights not get muscle fatigue. Awesome workout.

lol ive been TERRIBLE with logs lately

ive had some cardio, a few weekends and thursdays of softball, and lots of weights and jiu-jitsu since the last update, but not gonna bother goin back for it all

5/21 workout 1:

jog x 0.5 miles

sprint/walk HIT x 0.75 miles

notes:
-good workout, sprint to walk ratio was probably about 40:60

notes:
-stairs were at a local little league field up to the press box, 15 stairs. it was dark, so I walked down, as I didnt wanna fall down the stairs. good cardio
-1legs were done onto the lowest seats in the bleachers, a bit above parallel, but felt it nonetheless

3 mile bike ride

got a new mountain bike today...took it for a ride...mostly road, some steep hills, and about a 1/2 mile off-road stretch that was killer on the quads

i forgot how much of a leg workout this is

notes:
-no steep hills or off-road today, instead chose a route of continuous long, gradual inclines. quads felt a bit tight to start, but loosened and felt good after the first .25 mile or so
