Default Sixpacks Quest

Well some of you have been following my Log over at BB.com and its time for me to move on to different area where there is less pimp shows going causet it makes me puke LOL. I am 9 weeks out of my "Up your Mass" contest. I started 18 weeks out at 167-168 and I am currently 181.

I started out taking 4 weeks of Ergomax at 20mg ed for 4 weeks and then went on to take Desighner Supps "Avtivate taking 20 tabs per day. I have the beta version and am on my second of 2 bottles. I am almost done with this and will be moving on testing Diesel Test and or Green bulge.
I am on 5 day split of high volume for the most part over 30 sets per workout. I will post my daily weight improvements on the core lifts but in consideraton to Derek I will not post the entire workout. My macros are currently on workout days 5500, 600 carbs, 200gs fat, 370 protein . ON just cardio days they are lowered by about 500. My diet was made up by Chuck Rudolph who works for Marc and Scivation who I owe a ton of credit too. But anyways I will post daily with my current workout and what I am taking etc. I am currently looking into some of AX's new supps they have out as I have been keeping tabs on Proverb's log and like what I see.
Anyways my split is

Mon-Cardio day
Tuesday-Upper
Wednesday-Lower
Thursday-Cardio day
Friday-Back,Biceps, traps
Sat-Legs-Cardio
Sunday-Chest, Triceps, shoulders, Cardio in the AM

But I will post some before pics at 168 and some current ones
Let the fun begin

Thursday-Chest, Back , Arms
Well woke up down one serving of BCAA , oats and whey and an EC stack and hit the gym. I did have a couple PR's today. Started off with Incline BB
Incline BB-195x6 on my first set PR did 5 sets total
DB-Incline- 80x6 on my first set 5 sets total
WIde Grip Pullups= Got 5 reps for all 5 sets
Lat Pull down- 170x6 on my first set PR
Seated Row 180x6 on my first set

ONce again these are the main lifts I did today every exercise I did 5 working sets so my volume is very high right now I am increasing for the most part every week on the core work BB bench, Incline BB, Barbell rows, squats and Leg press . Workout went real well. On my sets my first set is the heavy set of 6 then 8,10, 12, 15 so I am getting some higher rep work in then on the other day I hit the BP its lower rep work. I am loving the workout for sure and it is taking it out of me but so far I am recovery real well, days left of ACtivate

Thanks Rip I am glad to be hear to be involved in a mature board where mods don't act like 4 year olds
Sunday Upper Body Day-
Well I felt a little tired today as I got home late from the USC VS ASU game and I was quite pleased with the outcome and USC tends to play around for people before they turn it on. It was a great game and I will say Reggie Bush is stacked. My GF and I had a great time at the game I sweat like never before as it was in the 100's.
Drove home from Tempe this AM and hit up upper body
DB Bench +5 got 95's for my first two sets of 5 I am smelling the 100's
BB Row= +5
Shoulder DB press= Stayed the same
CGBP+10 215 for my sets of 5
BB Curl =stayed the same

These were the core exercises as I ened up doing over 32 sets for upper body I was pretty fried. I closed it out warming down on the treadmill for a little job. I really felt the EC+1amp kick in today as I was sweating a great deal and the overall feeling of well being was very nice also. Tommorow is just cardio day
Macros 5430 Carbs, 580, Fat 190, Protein 360

Monday -Cardio only day
INterval run on the treadmill for 38min then I hit up the incline walk at 9%grade at 4mph for 15min. OVerall a very good workout. I am getting over a neuroma I had in my foot which I am able to run now and it feels great. If those of you don't know what this is its basically a nerve in your foot that is tightened and it feels like there is a marble or rock in the ball of your foot every time you walk. To treat it you get 5 injections in your food once per week. I got my second one on Friday so its starting to feel better that I am able to run as I was getting tired of the damn elliptical and bike. Anyways took one serving of Lipo-6 with one serving of Xtend. Felt very good and sweating was increased. I have one day left of Activate then I think I may start Green Bulge for the remainder of the 8 weeks we will see once. After that I will be doing a peraplex cycle for prob 4 -6 weeks.
Tommorow Lower body day

Tuesday-Lower Body Day
Well woke up took a serving of Lipo-6 and a serving of Xtend, oats, whey etc and hit up legs. I got all 3 sets of 5 today of 285 so I was happy about that.
I moved up on SLDL on my 3 sets of 5 hitting 285.
I continued to drill Extentions and curls, calf raises etc I did a total of 21 sets for legs and 5 sets for shoulders. Overall very good workout I would of liked to move up on squats more but I am not going to push it and i want to keep strict form . Today is my last day of Activate then I think I will be hitting up some Diesel test dosage at 6 pills 5 days in a row then 2 days off like Chuck wants. I will combine this with Green Bulge.
Tommorow is just cardio day for me. Weight was at 182 as of yesterday
Pics to come this weekened
