Ok short and simple.

Hgt:6'4"
Wgt:194
Waist Measurement at fattest part: 36" Goal: 33.5"

This is going to be my 8 week HIIT program.

I am going to be doing HIIT 4 days a week. On all off days, and on Chest day

I'm also going to focus on a push/pull type lifting program.

This is where I might need a bit of help from you guys.

I'm not sure how to schedule in Legs with the HIIT. I'm not even sure I want to train legs for the 1st week, until my legs get used to the constant HIIT abuse.

IM thinking of this:

Push: Chest/Tri/Shoulders / HIIT
Pull:Back/Biceps/Abs
Legs
HIIT
Push
Pull
HIIT
Legs
and so on.

Not sure if I will overtrain this way or not. Time will well.

Tomorrow is Day 1, so I'll be updating this log everyday, even if its for litle things. This log is more for motivational purposes than anything else.
I refuse to bulk until I lose all this extra BF, and I'm going to make it happen by this Independance Day!

Yesterday's chest workout was unreal.

Pushed out 235 2 1/2 reps and did an additional 4 with the help of a spotter.

I am so sore today. My muscles feel like angel hair pasta.

I'm going to take a 1/2 dose of Ready4 War, and a 25g whey protein shake, and go out and do my HIIT for the day. That'll be it for me today.

My whole upper body is sore from doing those forced reps yesterday.

I bet you Im that much stronger on my next chest workout on Sat.

Today was supposed to be back day, but I will skip it altogether, because my lats are still sore form my bench day on Wed, and next bench day is tomorrow.

Today is HIIT day, and I wasnt feeling it at all. I went out and did a half ass jog for 3 minutes and went home. I'll try again later. Maybe Im going to take some ephedra instead of the R4W. I hope Im not overtraining. I fee likw lifting more than I feel like running.

1PM or so Ill take some Liquid Clenbutrx and give it another try.

Yesterday's HIIT went great with no energizers! I was very surprised. I didnt feel like I was going to pass out like I usually do when I take stimulants prior.

Anyway today is bench day! I always get excited.

I bench every 72 hours. Ever since I started doing this, my upper body has been looking much bigger and more defined than before. Its not even close.

I will stick with the 72 hour benck until the results stop, which I hope is never! :p

Spurr of the moment decision. My spotter told me to throw 245 on the bar, after I had already done 235 for 2 reps. I figured what the hell, and managed to get out 1 rep by myself, anf 4 more forced reps. I feel amazing! Thats my new PR!
It wont be long now till Im repping out 225 like it was 135!

Today was back day.
I did close grip chin ups/pull ups 5 stes of 8 reps.
Did a Hammer Strenght pull down. 100 lbs each side 3 reps 2 sets.

Did some pulldowns using biceps only.
Not a bad workout. Noticed my back is getting alot stronger since my bench has improved so much.

Took an AST Dymetryne Xtreme with Ephedra pre workout. WOW! Good stuff. I forgot how good this stuff was!

I dont know whats wrong with me. I cant get myself to go do HIIT.
I ate a whole medium loaded pizza yesterday.
Motivation very low today. Id rather be lifting, but I have to run. Just cant seem to do it today. Its so freaking hot and muggy out there.

Running on the baseball field is alot easier on the knees than the pavement.

I just broke 35" today! I am actually 34 15/16" right now!
Now Im all nervous Im going to **** it up. Im going to start planning my meals religiously, keep training like Ive been training, and I dont know what else to do. Im so excited! :saint:
I think Im going to eliminate the Burger King I eat every workday. That alone should be enough to take me under 34".

After a week of hard dieting, Im still at 34" 3/4.

I took most of the week off from lifting and cardio because I felt very close to being overtrained.
I did legs yesterday, and was noticibly weaker. Still had a good (but short) workout.

Today I am going to increase my cals a bit due to working out heavy chest today, and heavy back tomorrow.

Yesterday was chest. Had a pretty goood workout.
Chest is sore todya. Legs are noticibly unsore from Friday nights workout. Dunno what thats about.
Measured in this morning at 34 3/4 again.
Eating raosted turkey sandwiches on whole wheat with lettuce and spicy mustard + MM shake.
Today is back,bi's, and traps.
Afterwards me and the family are going to Golden Corral to pig out on the steak buffet.

Had a freaking awsome workout today!
I dropped my E/C pill down into my transmission shaft, so I had to buy something from 7-11.
I got one of those Met-RX energy drinks for $2. That shit was good.
I did my whole workout, and still had a ton of energy to do 15 min High Intensity cardio.

No. No personal bests. In fact Im weaker than usual, but that is to be expected when cutting.
I've been increasing my calories this week, and have been feeling alot better, and so far no increase in fat.

I need to lose 2 more inches, and its frustrating the hel out of me.
Ive been slacking on the cardio for 2 reasons.
1. My job is so strenuous, that it zaps all my energy.
2. I havent been eating enough to supply my body with energy.

While I cant fix the first one yet, I think by increasing calories, I will have more energy to do HIIT during the week.


This is how my schedule has ended up (because of my job)

Mon - Thurs - Supposed to be HIIT or some sort of cardio,but work has been draining me.

Fri - Heavy Legs
Sat - Heavy Chest/Tri's/Shoulders
Sun - Heavy Back/Biceps/Traps

I cant lift during the week, because I feel like I am going to die at work the next day.
Anyway. How's that schedule look, considering?

I had a crappy workout yesterday, but was somehow very sore today.

Today I had an excellant workout. Seems Sunday is alwasy my best day.

Still holding steady at 34 3/4".

I'm going to try some light HIIT before work tomorrow and Tues. Wed I will go to the gym and do a light chest workout.
