| FDU Devils Weightlifter | If i miss a deadlift, its at/near/around/just below my knees. I can lockout like a mother effer, and getting it off the ground isnt HARD, but its not EASY. I'll try rack pulls, but I can only do them @ home b/c the schools rack only goes low enough for rack lockouts. :-/ I have done sumo before, and I'm not a big fan of it, as I have to setup before I do it and then I can't use my anger! Watch my Sumo Video : I don't think I'm that good at it, and I can pull more conventional.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 71 | If your school gym's rack doesn't go high enough, maybe you could stack a couple plates on the floor then put the bar's plates on top of that. Don't know how stable it would be, but it's probably better than nothing. If you're failing around knee height doing rack points there would definitely help.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | the plates we have at school are rubber and its not all flat on either side, so it wouldn't be to stable to use it to hold the bar. I can't even do calf raises with my toes on a plate there. Friday is DE Squat day, I could add rack pulls to that as an accessory movement.

Don't expect to lift as much as your conventional. It is a very different move, and BOTH should be trained. The sumo will convert better to your squat (hips and quads).
