Todays meals so far have been better : ie chicken breast cutlets (purdue) and rice pwo. Carbs are a huge problem for me and I'm working really hard to get it down. anyhowww Walkouts (did my warmup squats, then before my working sets I did some Walkouts) 405x3 Squats 315x4 SLDL 315x7 [PR] Calf raise on NCC Leg press 405x8 150x30

I was out of town for a funeral, and had no chance to make any meals for myself, so I was stuck with: Meal 1: 1cup Oats, 1 slice of toast w/ peanut butter, 1 scoop whey w/ 8oz milk Meal 2: 2 Spoonfuls (was a lot) of Baked Ziti and a Roll Meal 3: Perkins Chicken Breast with some Rice Had no time to eat all friggen day: Water : ~1gallon ![]()

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | was not home most of the day, and didnt have any chicken or tuna to make anything with, til I got home later in the day. argh Meal 1: 1 scoop whey w/ 8oz milk. 1 cup oats 1 slice of toast w/ pb Meal 2: Beer Battered Chicken Tenders (at work, couldnt afford the chicken breasts )Meal 3: can of tuna on rye bread sandwhich Meal 4: Turkey Burgers (dinner) (had 3 teaspoons of pb over the next 4 hours)

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | Diet: I was upset today (b/c of my knees wtF?!?) so I ate more then I should have. Meal 1: 1 Scoop whey w/ 8oz milk 1 Cup oats 1 slice of toast w/ pb Meal 2: chicken breast cutlets + 1/2cup rice Meal 3: chicken breast cutlets + 1cup rice + 1 columbo yogurt + 1 bag pretzels form the vending machine. Snyders they were. I wanted the effin peanuts but the machine wouldnt let me nor would it give my money back. it was that or chocolate.Found some dark chocolate w/ almonds nuggets from hersheys, had 4 (1 serving 220cals). I'll have a serving a day (i havent had chocolate in over 8 months, reward :-D)
