Snatch 40x2x2 45x2 50x1 55x1x3 [missed last one in front slightly, decided not to take it again] Snatch Pulls 65x2x3 75x1x3 Clean and Jerk 50x1+2x2 55x1+2 60x1+1x2 75x2+1 Clean Pulls 70x2 80x2 90x1x3 Bench Press 60x3x2 Back Squat 60x4 85x4x2 105x5 cJ + snatch w/ 40kg for ~10mins or so. Bw of 86.1kg. I WILL make weight. So I widened my grip on cleans and my stance. My feet are placed at the exact same distance as in my snatch now, and it felt GREAT. 75 was really easy, even for a 15kg jump from the last set. Jerk was shaky but I've had worse. =D

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | So, good news, weighed myself right after waking and my morning glory, and I weighed 85.0kg. Thats down 4kg from 89.0kg on the 2nd, EIGHT days ago. So in just over a week I have dropped 8.8lbs of mostly water wegiht. If OL has taught me anything about nutrition and diet, its how to drop weight quickly!

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | FDU Open weighed in 83.9kg warmups went well, took 55 as my last warmup 5 mins from first lift. Snatch: 58x : got hyped up and lost it behind 58x : was pissed off and didn't throw it back far enough, tried to hold onto it and my right knee caved inwards and something popped in it. Walked it off 60x : lost it in front. Tried to powersnatch it, knee was killing me. Clean and Jerks 75 3 whites 81 3 whites. 1KG PR for Clean and Jerks 86 x missed the clean. PR CJ for the day. My knee is messed up really bad. I think I strained a tendon in there. been icing it but my leg hurts to put pressure through the heel, through the ball of the foot hurts but not as much, and it hurts to bend and unbend it. Spent most of the day loading and running the camera. Watched Lance Frye, lifting as an extra in the 77kg class (he didn't weigh in). Opening CJ he powercleaned 160 and jerked it like nothing. He snatched 140 like an empty bar. My teammates did really well, Greg, one of our many 77's made a 5kg Pr CJ w/ 120. He hit bottom on the clean got stuck halfway up, went back down and muscled his way out!! Chad becker snatched 140 like cake and jerked 165 and missed 170 in the 94's, qualified for nationals, and Oakley snatched 120 for a PR and jerked 155 to qualify for american open in the 94's. And Matt Rue took the day w/ 160 and 185 in the 105+. oy. this sucks for me. My leg is killing me. Diet is off, no more HRX and food intake is going up. Must heal!

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | I went to see one of my chiropractors today, and I will see Anthony tomorrow as well. The guy I went to today said he can't tell what is wrong with my knee yet, but it could be a strained tendon, a torn meniscus or that my meniscus or the tendon got popped out of place. He says if I still have any little bit of pain in 4 weeks to have an MRI done on it. I'm sure anthony will say around the same thing. I'm going to be icing it, massaging it and keeping it mobile and I'll be wearing a knee sleeve while I'm out walking or standing. I'm going to take time off from the full lifts and squatting and such until I feel the knee is ready to start off light, but I will keep up with pressing, push press, muscle snatchs, powerjerks if I can and maybe some sort of rack pull, to keep my back and hamstrings going.

Going to take advantage of time off from squat movements to build some upperbody strength. did press's w/ 20kg/30kg/40kg from front and back of shoulders, some push press's with that weight, some hang powersnatch and cleans w/ 30kg and 40kg respectively. tried some powercleans and snatchs from the floor w/ 40kg and 30kg and it hurt my knee a bit so i did them from the blocks, did some powerjerks and split jerks as well. did some push press's and such. training thursday and maybe I can squat again next week? icing the knee and such 86.5kg
