Was out early last night til 3 @ a friends, sat back and enjoyed some brews and stalking bitchs on myspace. I also got a flat tire on the way to work and that was a fun experience. I was over an hour late because of it to. And at work today, I sold 22 dollars in donations for the food banks in the area, and if I get 16 more dollars, I'll have reached the amount of money donated TOTAL last year, and thats just for ME. Last year we got 360 dollars, and the goal this year was 500 dollars. Between me, and the girl right behind me in the race for most donations, we got over 600 dollars donated. We might be close to 900 or a 1000 dollars if some of the other cashiers have money donated. The 3rd place lady right now has 220 dollars so that gives up ~850 dollars, so we probably can hit 1000 if I push hard the next few days. :geek: anyhow, my workout: Clean and Jerks (from plates for correct height) 65x3 75x3 85x2 95x1 105x1 [bar did not get racked properly, but I got the catch anyhow] 105x1 [racked the bar better, but not great] Snatch pulls (from plates) 65x5 85x5 105x3 Full ATG Back Squats (~stance when I catch the bar) 95x5 115x5 135x5 [EASY] Bench Press 45x5 95x8 95x8 95x8 Cardio : 25 minutes on stationary bike. Woulda been longer, but I was tired and I had to PISS really really bad. Notes: 2nd pull to catch needs to be FASTER. Bar needs to stay closer to my body and I need to whip my elbows under and drop down quicker. Will work on that.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | So I've decided I'm going to switch back to a ME/DE split at least for the next two weeks, if I can figure out how in hell to seperate the upper from lower work. Anyhow its a M-T-TH-S split. Monday is ME upper, Tuesday DE Lower, Thursday RE Upper, Saturday ME Lower. Or something, idk. I'm getting a set of routines from my friend at FDU. Anyhow today I did this today: Push Press (tried using as little leg power as possible) 65x5 75x3 85x3 95x3 105x3 115x2 Muscle Cleans (as little leg drive as possible, used a lot of back) 45x10 65x5 75x3 85x3 95x3 105x3 Muscle Sneaks High Pulls (didn't like these, not doing it again) 45x8 65x8 65x8 DB Press 35x8 45x8 50x8 DB Rows 50x6 60x6 60x6 60x6 Cuban Rotations 3 sets of 15x10 Doing some technique work tommorow. :mango: Also, 33 minutes of cardio on the elliptical, heart rate up to 175, low as 140. Rotated the resistance from 3 to 15, 15 was HELL. OWWWW

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | Popped a tab of Spike pre workout as I was tired and not in the mood to lift. It helped a bit. More of a "constant" energy then like a huge boost. Also did 6 BCAA b4 during and after lifting. Went to Golds, taught a friend a bit about Snatching and he might continue I don't know. Anyhow: Snatchs 45x5 65x5 65x3 75x3 95x0 (I did two high pulls, couldn't get under it) Power Clean and Front Squat (right after last set of snatchs no break) 95x1 95x1 Front Squats, Jerks from rack (focusing on speed and technique) 95x1 95x1 95x1 95x1 95x1 Over Unders (Quick Drop) 85x3 85x3 85x2 (first one went to far forward, 2nd two weren't deep enough) Deadlifts 135x5 245x3 (used 100lb plates) 335x3 365x1 405x1 Notes: Hook grip on everything but deadlifts. Deadlifts I did the Cressey Salute and grip and riped. Upper back rounded a lot (which is good) and felt it in my lats like hell. did some ab work 30 minutes moderate intensity cardio on elliptical 420 calories burned according to the thing.

Notable things: Creatinine : 0.9 where normal is under 1.5MG/DL Bun/Creat Ratio : 24.4 where normal is 10-22 Total Protein : 7.3 where 6.2-8.3G/DL is normal Total Testosterone : 660 where "normal" is 241-827 NG/DL not bad.
