Just monday someone decided to take plates off the BB while I was inbetween sets so they could do sidebends, only to not return them. Keep in mind, they were probably 5" from a weight tree. You're lucky you can workout at home to save you from that crap.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | zeke, I lift @ my schools gym as well. there are some real ****ing morons. I had my box set up and 275 on the bar and went to piss, and someone started to unload it to do curls. I walk up and had to hold myself back from going postal on the kid. Needless to say I crushed that squat. theres really bad cases at my gym, I'm sure theres worse ones at real gymsto lol.

Warmups 2 minutes stationary bike cleans w/ 45lb bar x a few BTN press w/ 45lb bar x a lot Bench 45x10 Bench 100x50RP (15,15,10,10) French Curls 35x10 45x10 45x10 Face pulls w/ light band 3 sets of 15 Cuban Rotations w/ plates 2.5x10 5x10 5x10 Debrief: Decided to keep the reps high since I was tired and didn't want to handle heavy weights on the french curls, just to be safe. Energy : 3/10 Focus : 5/10 SFW : 2/10 Time : 43 minutes

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | its going alright, I had a cheat meal yesterday (party, pizza was the BEST food there, sad I know), and I went up a bit, but I can cardio today if I need to, to lose that 2lbs. I dropped a bit, but its steadying out right now. I drop weight in spurts, 3 weeks nothing, 1 week OMG 5lbs
