Deadlifts (off of floor, no gear)

415x1 [PR +10lbs]
355x3

Put bar on rack w/ 135lb, went to piss, came back, some queer took it. Had to wait so long for a bar (that wasn't bent) so I did these:

Box Jumps (~24inchs)
7 sets of 3 jumps

Snatch
45x3
65x1
85x1
95x1 [PR + 10lbs]
95x1 [PR + 1 set]


Since, I was short on time (had ~1hr to lift), so I made the best of it. I decided to get my quads, abs and explosiveness all in one exercise, Snatchs! Held the bottom on all but the 95lb Snatchs.
