You're getting way to friggin' strong, stop it. ![]() It would be cool if powerlifting was added to the IMPC... it could be done by having contestants vid their lifts each month and ranking contestants by the improvement in their big three total from contest start to finish.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | Sleep : 4-5 hrs worth. Energy Level : 6/10 Probably shouldn't have tried for 335 on the squat, but the squats felt easy. No spotter as there was only skinny pencil necks there. Box Squats (14inch box) 45x5 135x5 225x3 275x1 335x0 (failing almost out of the hole) 245x3 RDL 315x3 365x3 [PR] Lunges 85x6 Energy levels just dropped, my quads all of a sudden got tight as hell. My legs just started to get fatigued like normally happens a few hours after I finish. I stopped because it hurt, my balace was bad, and I was incredibly tired. Time : 55minutes Bullshitting time : 0mins [PR] The lady who runs the gym came out to watch my 335 squat because she heard me yell "Ok, lets do this, CMON" and she said right before I started going down (when I breathed in, pushed abs out) my eyes went bloodshot and they looked like there were going to pop out coming out of the hole. :-D Ended up bailing it to the supports 3 inchs below. Other news : one of the oly bars at school is bent. It wasn't me, so I dont know who did it :-/
