| FDU Devils Weightlifter | went and looked @ some guys home gym setup and offered him on some of the stuff. Until next weekend (wont have the money b/c bank aint open) but what I offered him for was: 1 Adjustable Bench (bench looks sturdy and it inclines/declines to boot) 1 7ft Oly Bar 1 Ez Curl Oly Bar 1 Standard Bar (wont use hehe) All of his Plates (looked like all were Olympic plates, at least 3 pairs of 45 and some 35's and down as well. I'm thinking its near the 500lb mark in plates. 1 Weight Tree Offered him 280 for it all. Seems reasonable, eh?

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | some new exercises (floor press, JM Press, seated DB cleans) so numbers ain't to high, was expecting more on the Floor Press, but that was not so. JM press's are hard mofo's, but they hit the tri's so hard its great. Also, I was doing some box jumps to some boxes in the corner (i dont know why I did it, but it was fun, that count for anything?) and I ended up putting 3 plates on it so I could jump higher. Box Squats [to paralell or just below (same as last box squat on ME day)] 135x5 135x5 155x3 185x3 205x3 225x1 245x1 265x1 285x1 295x1 [PR] 305x1 [PR] Bulgarian Split Squats 50x5 50x5 55x5 55x5 [PR] Partial Deadlifts (from 2 25lb plates, ~2 inch below knee) 135x20 135x20 135x20 GoodMorning 135x8 135x8 135x8 Pulldown Abs 42.5x15 52.5x15 72.5x10 whew! a whooping 4050lbs moved in 11 sets of Box Squats. I'm going to record this each workout and shoot for a little more each time. I figured, my warmups are not good for my ME work, so time to fix it! Overall, I moved 21290lbs in this workout. whew

I said after the 295 bit, damn I'm going to be sick... then a few minutes later as I'm unloading it, I just see myself loading it up for 305 and I turn to the kid (felt surreal) and I was like, I guess I'll do another. and after that I was to tired to push super hard on the others. whew, tomorow will be fun.
