I wish dude, over winter break I will. but its an outrageous 183dollars for 3 months! plus, with my schedule as it is this semester, I'd only use it on weekends (Saturdays), as they close @ 1pm sundays and I can't get there before 2pm! I stopped going about 2months ago b/c i can't afford it and i didnt use it enough. Maybe next semester, but I don't know how much time my internship will take out of my schedule. and this internship can make or break my career :-D j/k but its a wise decision to do as much as I can for it.

Shit of a situation, best advice is to find a local gym near by. You live PA correct? You're bound to find one in there, give me a location, I'll produce a gym (hopefully).

I live in NJ, school in PA. There ARE gyms in PA I could go to, but I think the 25+ mile away rule, sadly rules me out of a membership. I sneak into the Bethlehem Golds every so often. Its near the border, zip code is 12020 or something.

then I got kicked out of the gym. closing time :-/ also, I tried using the decline bench for the GHR but it doesn't fit for my short legs right still working on another solution.

I bring the back part up to parallel or just above it. Put my feet under the rollers, knees on the ledge and lower myself down until my hands touch and then lightly push off.

thats not exactly what I'm dealing with, but the place to hold my feet in and where my knees/shins come into contact with the padding makes it EXTREMELY uncomfortable, kinda feels like I'm going to hyper extend my knee.
