Workout Nutrition: 5 Scoops of Xtend, 1 Scoop Substance mixed in 1/2 gallon water Comments: WOW...Huge Pr's on incline and dips!! Didnt do any rows today because im gonna deadlift tomorrow. Got a video of dips to but its being teh ghey and still processing.
