Im baaaaaaaaaaack, finaly. Well not much to report i did get to the gym, but when you switch gyms and equipemnt every week its hard to chart your progress. But i did get 275x3 305x1 on squats on thursday.. so leg strength is still going up.

Ok.. just a little update so that my log isnt tottally dead. Ive been playing football.. the 3 hours of practice every day cant be to good for cortizol levels and it has been extremely interfering with my workouts. However i am down to 185 at the same size that i was at 200 and i actually saw my serratus today. My strength is down alot, but i guess that is the price you pay.

ok i officially give up on life. i managed to blow out my knee again in the game today and im 99% sure i blew out my ACL and minisucs which i just got surgerey on about 8 months ago. it would take something major to keep me going now.
