| Nublarsaurusrex | Ok.. just a little update so that my log isnt tottally dead. Ive been playing football.. the 3 hours of practice every day cant be to good for cortizol levels and it has been extremely interfering with my workouts. However i am down to 185 at the same size that i was at 200 and i actually saw my serratus today. My strength is down alot, but i guess that is the price you pay.
