Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12 | As the title suggest, i felt i didnt put any effort into my IMPC efforts. and i regret it every since. if i followed a consistent training program, but most importantly, a diet, i feel i would of made changes. so this journal is going to track everything, training/diet etc. this journal is making up for my IMPC. so hopefully, i can stick to a diet, and a training plan. and lets see some actual changes to my body now. i am sick and tired of being the skinny kid. i want to feel good about myself, and i cant feel it inside this puney body. yes i am short, i cant change that. but i am surely going to change my build. 2 years i have been hovering around 110lbs mark, two years and i have no changes to show for it. so i am sick of that, i am going to make changes to my body. i repeat, I AM GOING TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY BODY none of this, i would like to, no no. i am going to. ladies and gentlemen, members at IronMass, you will start to see a whole new member here, Richo will no longer be the skinny member, instead, he will be the one who is making up for his IMPC efforts and make some noticeable changes in his physique. leave comments, some motivating words etc. i would like some, it will help keep me going. but i think the above will also help.....

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12 | hey guys you may wonder why there isnt any posts or updates or anything im going to start this make-up when i start work. the reason for this, starting work will allow me to follow a structure and anything. i like a half-decent structured day... also when i start work i will also... 1/ start my sprint coaching 2/ start my sprint training more serious now 3/ Weight train like a madman 4/ Start a strength gaining experiment 5/ but most importantly, bulk up big time!!!! i am going to get some size on me over the next couple months so when i start my Certificate of Fitness Course i look like i workout... so stay tune guys, things will develop over time, i just need to start work

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12 | Ok, im sick of waiting around for my "job" to start packing on mass. last night i was laying in bed, looking up at the stars and i wondered, "where the heck did my roof go???" after that ordeal, i finally broke into a better train of thought. i was sick of waiting, and waiting. basically the last few years of inconsistent training and shitty not even eating eating habits i am not going to waste anymore time. and sitting around waiting for a job is just silly, i should be getting out there looking, and while i do that, i should be eating my brains out. the plan is, plan and set-up today, because i start bulking tomorrow...

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 116 | nice. what are you thinking in terms of a training. I'm sure u've been hit enough with eating recommendations. At this point, i would not worry about what you are eating, as much as shear quantity. Protein will inveriably take care of itself as long as you eat a somewhat balanced diet. Having a "diet" isn't as important as it is to NEVER EVER be hungry.

yeah my dad is doing some shopping today, so i gave him a little list of some foods. so tomorrow i will prepare some meals for the day and everything, i saw on a thread some good tips such as preparing them and wrapping them up and eat them throughout the day. i am going to try really hard to not go hungry at all, but in our household with our foods and lack off, it is somewhat dfficult to go 6+hrs without food. but im going to avoid that i will do a tiny bit more posting throughout the day. also if anyone is reading, should i just post my training and thoughts for the day, or should i post my diet for the day also?
