Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12 | Yep, some of you may have heard this radical news in my picture thread, and some may of caught a glimspe of the news in my other journal, but now, i am serious about packing on the mass. As you see, I have tapped into some new motivation. I do not want to be known as the skinny by the end of the year. I want muscle, some more muscle, before the school year ends. So I will stop at nothing to obtain this. Without further ado (i dunno, did i do that right), let the bulking begin :ar15: :hellyea: :eat: :eat: :eat: :eat: :eat: :ninja: :hyper2: :ham: :ham: :dumbells: :dumbells: :dumbells: :dumbells: :snack: :snack: :snack: :dumbells: :snack: :weight_li :weight_li (i know i went a little bit overboard but oh well, all in the name of fun lol) [edit: as a side note, could the admins or mod please keep my other journal, do not delete as I still like reading it for old time sakes, cheers]

Anyway I must head of to bed for now, I will start posting up stats etc tomorrow. Night all

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | I'm really glad you decided to :eat: eat :eat: more bro! I'm 100% when I say this, do not be afraid to pack on weight and eat like a pig. As long as you are lifting heavy and staying active you will NOT get fat. It is not in your genetics to be fat. You're on a very sunny side of the grass right now richo. Eat big, eat healthy, and train hard. If you're not getting bigger, train harder and eat harder. Leave no bowl of oats unscraped! no jar of peanut butter unopened! When chickens hear your name I want them to cluck in fear!!!!!!! Get to it!!! We're all behind you!

| is missing heavy pulls | yea but id change the ez bar curls to pullups and weighted pullups when you can. Your biceps get hit in all the rows and pullups. Theres no need for isolation movments in 5x5

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12 | I was going to write this last night, but I had to go to bed, so i'll type it now... This thread is really about my life this year. Even though the title says 'Richo's "Bulking At Last" Journal', it does also say '+ [read it]'. that whole + [read it] is to say that there is more to this journal than my bulking. This is the year where I start to turn my life around, where I start to pack on muscle, gain more confidence, get smarter, finish high-school and so forth. I will be using this thread to record the following...
So you see, this is a Life Journal where bulking is only 33.3333333333% of it. So now you know about this journal, shall continue? .........

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12 | With school starting on the 31st for me, back for a new year, it's time where I look back on the previous year and reflect. While reflecting, I came across something terrible, my planning. I did not plan my day out, which resulted in lost, or wasted time, which could of been used for other things. So decided to come up with a daily plan, well two, one for Weights Day and one for Rest Day. So here are my plans.... Weights Day : Monday / Wednesday / Friday 6:00am - 7:30am : Wake-up and get ready for school 7:30am - 8:30am : Bus trip 8:30am - 3:15pm : School Time 3:15pm - 4:30pm : Bus Trip 4:30pm - 5:00pm : Rest + Meal 5:00pm - 6:00pm : Workout + Meal (oh yeah, fave time of the day) 6:00pm - 6:15pm : Set/plan everything up for studying that night 6:15pm - 6:30pm : Browse IronMass and various other fourms 6:30pm - 7:00pm : Read over the work I did today... 7:00pm - 7:30pm : Dinner plus Rest 7:30pm - 8:00pm : Make up Summary sheets for two subjects of choosing of that day 8:00pm - 8:30pm : Do any homework needed + Meal 8:30pm - 9:00pm : Work on any assessments 9:00pm - 9:30pm : Do any homework needed [if no hw, i'll think of something] 9:30pm - 10:00pm : Post and Browse on IronMass Rest Days : Tuesday / Thursday 6:00am - 7:30am : Wake-up and get ready for school 7:30am - 8:30am : Bus trip 8:30am - 3:15pm : School Time 3:15pm - 4:30pm : Bus Trip 4:30pm - 5:00pm : Rest + Meal 5:00pm - 5:15pm : Set/plan everything up for studying that night 5:15pm - 6:00pm : Start any homework 6:00pm - 6:30pm : Dinner + rest 6:30pm - 7:00pm : Make up summary sheets for one subject of choosing of that day 7:00pm - 7:30pm : Read over work done today 7:30pm - 8:00pm : Browse IronMass 8:00pm - 8:30pm : Do any homework needed + Meal 8:30pm - 9:00pm : Work on any assessments 9:00pm - 9:30pm : Do any homework needed [if no hw, i'll think of something] 9:30pm - 10:00pm : Post and Browse on IronMass Weekends are my off days except Sunday, where I do various homework and assessments and read over what I did that week. So there is my daily plan for the year. Keep in mind, is expected to change, where other comminments such as family, home duties etc may come into play. Also, I did add it but every hour of study, there is a 5-10min break of fresh air or something to clear my mind
