my comp has a virus at home so i can't go on every night and update regulary, atm i'm on a school comp posting a quick update

i can bench 35kg for 5 reps for 4 sets and 1 set of 37.5kg
i can squat 55kg for 5 reps for 1 set
i can row 32.25kg for 5 reps for 1 set

and i haven't been following a bulking diet at all

I'm definately gonna follow along. Seems like you have everything planned, it's very organized. Plus, I'm doing 5x5 soon and I'd like to see your results with it.

did a 40kg bench for 3 reps the other day

a 60kg squat

dats about it

still working on diet
