I just wanted to say that since I've started this log I have lost 10lbs and fit into 80% of my old clothes again. Since I've gotten up to school the 'recomposition' phase I was going through ended, and I have been dropping pounds at a time.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | It's happening again.... I have not gone to the gym or done cardio in three days. I have class and work from 8am to 7pm and that does not include homework, cooking, cleaning, talking to my gf, etc. My diet has still been primarily chicken, oats, and more whole wheat bread than I'd like (4, sometimes 6 slices in a day). I'm starting to feel a bit stressed and lethargic as well. I get out of work today at 6... I really need to either do cardio or lift but it's like 2 degrees out....
