That's what I normally do. Like for example when I do dumbell press I'll get 6 or 7 on the first set, 5-6 the second, 5 the third, then 3-5 for the last two. Sometimes I'll pyramid up or down. I get creative and entertain myself.

Do you guys think that is enough volume though? Am I lifting enough?

15 sets is definitely enough if you're going heavy and hard.

Loggers note.

Just want to say that it seems even though the scale didn't change, what I've been doing is working. Someone who hadn't seen me in a while said it looked like i slimmed down some, and my clothes are starting to fit 'not as goofy'.

It's kind of funny how being overweight will make you goofy. There is such a huge difference in my balance and grace depending on my bodie's physical appearance.

One issue I'm having at the moment is that I need to drink more water

After a few weeks of 40/40/20ish type dieting, I've come to the conclusion that maybe I'm not as insulin sensitive as a I thought and maybe I just was eating too much, the wrong things, and at the wrong times.

Milk and dairy are my enemies. The only dairy I've been eating is the whey protein, and I don't think I want anymore than that in my diet. Even milk feels like it slows me down.... and cheese is just evil to me.

I've been eating bread a couple of times a day in hopefully enough moderation (about 450 cals worth of bread), I'm hoping it won't be detrimental.

I hate bitches. No. I really do. Everytime I think I have one, it slips away.

My life is crazy right now. My schedule is very very full.

I do not have any socks on.

The reason I keep logs is it helps me to keep on track... when i'm not keeping a blog is when my diet is going to hell

i'm tired.

I decided not to smoke weed tonight. I'm a good boy.

I'm going to bed. No, you're not invited.
