Go back to campus life firmly resolved to let nothing stop you from continuing on the proper path. Do not fear failure, but be confident in your success. Your training doesn't have to be conventional, just consistent. I find when I am consistently training, a good diet just follows along with it. After I put in my pain and suffering at the gym, I feel self-obligated to eat right in order to make that effort meaningful. I bet a lot of people feel the same way.

2- chick. brst. brussel sprouts, 1 cup oats
cardio
4- small whey shake
*** ton of time goes by playing zelda twightlight princess
5- chick brst, like 1.5 servings of whole wheat pasta, some tomato sauce (fat free)

yeah. It's 10:30pm, i don't think i'm doing cardio again.... I'm exhausted and need to pack.... :\ I don't wanna

As long as you don't sleep it's still the same day so maybe you can still get your cardio in as scheduled!
