word, last night and saturday I passed out early on my couch and went to bed early. Hell, I must have gotten 14hrs of sleep last night! I don't know what caused it, I think I'm taking in to many carbs, so I've been careful about them. That or this friggen strange ass weather is messing with me. My knuckles are red as hell on some days and not on others! WTF!

and I'm getting a bit tired now to, damnit !

Here's my nightly wrap up....

1- 4 egg whites, one whole egg, 1 cup oats
** chest workout
2- pwo shakes
3- chicken breast steamed with chinese veggies
4- 1 cup oats, 3/4cup 2% lactoss free milk, 1 scoop whey
5- chick breast w/ peppers, onions, lettuce, cauliflour
** 30 min cardio
6- handful of sunflower seeds.

You know... you bring up a debatable point.

What's really stopping the cravings? Is it all of the FIBER I'm eating? Or is it the bountiful GLUCOSE my body has to use? Because on keto I have neither.

So much ****ing MENTAL PAIN TODAY. I am just absolutely ****ing FURIOUS at EVERYTHING in my life right now. Reminds my of angry cardio. For a week a long time back I was sleeping 3 hours a night, only doing homework and work the whole day, then getting up at 6am for cardio super pissed and mad and just making the bike pay.

hah Everyone knows that girls don't fart, burp, spit, or poop.

I've been a wreck all day today on the inside... I really wish I wasn't, but I guess I'm just manic. It is also annoying the hell out of me that the scale hasn't changed yet... though I KNOW my clothes are beginning to fit better again.

Today's list of damage:
1- 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 cup oats
2- 1/2 cup oats cooked in 3/4 cup milk
workout + pwo shake
3- chicken breast, pound of broccoli/cauliflour, 1 cup oats
4- generous portion of broiled boneless skinless chicken thighs with peppers+onions
5- 4% cottage cheese. (MMMM!)

What do you guys think of how my diets been? I'm kind of weirded out that I'm not dropping pounds at super speeds eating like this...

45lb dumbell shoulder press, 3x12
two super sets of db lat raise and front lat raise with 25ers
3 super sets of (10-15 rep) crunches and medball 8 rep (4lb) torso rotation,
5 set super set of barbell curl (50lbs, 8-12 rep) with rope push down (120lb 8-12 rep)

here's the nightly food log. I feel as though I've eaten too much today. I just sort of "feel" it.

*- shoulder/ab/arm workout, pwo shake
2- moderate portion of boneless skinnless chicken thighs with onion+pepper, piece of whole wheat bread
3- medium portion of boneless skinnless chicken thighs with onion+pepper
4- X Large(lol) portion of boneless skinnless chicken thighs with onion+pepper, half cup oatmeal
* Cardio
5- 2% cottage cheese

I'm dropping down to 2% to save on calories after my little XL serving of chicken thighs lol Oh, and the cardio didn't get done, it's too late now and I have to try to wake up early tomorrow.... I really detest when it gets too late for cardio.... but waking up early is important right now.

So actually scratch the cottage cheese, i just had a few bites of chicken thighs instead lol
