i see people that fat at shoprite all the time. It disgusts me. Seriously, do something, like stop using your food stamps for candy and chips and buy some chicken! I saw some fat lady put back meat b/c she didn't have enough money on her food stamp card, only to keep 5 bags of candy!

LOL You guys gotta see the area I live in. I want to say that a VERY large percentage of the local population in hudson is morbidly obese. Everytime I go to the walmart or supermarket I always think "god damn there is something wrong with this place"

Sometimes you can't walk past if two people are in the isle, cos they are that big.....

Haha here it seems like there are two extremes: the 6'0 120lbs. kid and the 5'4 280lbs. kid. And old people. Lots and lots of old people.

I ended up not doing cardio last night, but I did 33 minutes today on the bike. I'm not sure if I'm going to do an evening leg workout or not yet. Diet's been good so far today....

Magically I'm up about 5lbs on the scale, I don't know why, the opposite should be happening...

Since it won't let me edit my post, I'll just make a new one...

---------------------
one tub of 2% cottage cheese.

I'll prolly have some sort of small snack before bed like sunflower seeds or something. I feel like I'm eating too much....

I did in fact do my half hour of cardio yesterday.

I'm still *up* on the scale... I can only hope it's because I'm gaining muscle faster than I'm losing fat haha. In all reality though, my muscle's glycogen/ATP stores are probably full now and I wouldn't be surprised if that's where the weight came from.

This afternoon I did legs.
squats 45x12, 135x10, then 185 5x5 .. I'm really embarassed of my squat It was also hurting my back... hmmm
leg press, 300x15, 350x15, 340x10
seated leg curl, 150, x12, x10, x10
calf raise, 250lbs, 3x12

Feeling a little sick after that workout, so I guess I pushed myself enough

So far for breakfast I had 4 egg whites and one whole egg, a cup of oats, and my pwo shake.

I got dissed pretty hard last night. I was told that someone did not email me back because they "have higher standards".... it's burning through me and makes me want to kill people.

How are carbs treating you so far?

I don't know The scale is not going down... I really want to blame carbs. I won't really know until I give it more time.

ur barely eating any carbs. can't blame them yet

that looks like a contest prep diet (if you took out the lactose)

Barely any carbs? That's a TON of carbs for me lol. It's sort of fitting that it would resemble a contest diet, considering.... just look at where I get all of my nutrition/diet information from. lol.

I know you're not supposed to do cardio after legs, but I really wanna... I ate like 1400 calories (more??) of chili in the course of like an hour. That's slip up number 2 since the log started.
