| IronMass Donator | Finally got back in the gym today, it felt soooo good. Only had time to knock out some chest, but it still was nice to be back (tattoo is healed). But...... I think I'm getting sick. Nikki has been down for the count for several days now with some serious funk and I think I may be getting it. My body is aching a bit and my eyes burn a bit too. I'm taking tons of vitamin c and doubling up my animal pack hoping that maybe I can vitamin my way out of it (doubt it). |

| IronMass Donator | Despite my best efforts and a metric shit ton of vitamins, I have gotten sick any damned way. I can barely talk, my body feels sore and I'm sweating like a ho in church. I'm down for the count for a few days for sure. Dammit! |

| IronMass Donator | Having that tattoo done and then being sick for an f'n week took it's toll on me for sure. I am one who eats when he is sick so I can get better faster. I got back up to about 250, but this morning I kicked off at 246-247, so I felt pretty good about that. Hoping to drop a few more pounds by this friday when my wife will be taking pictures for the IMPC for me (I'm entering the MIP - and I know I should look more shabby in the beginning to give the most dramatic improvement, I just don't want pictures of me at my worst on the internet). I have to say that the prospect of having to take pictures is inspiring me to keep working harder. I'm still pretty thick in the gut area, but the calipers say 20%. I hold alot of fat in my middle (as most guys). 2 weeks without the gym really sucked. Had a great chest and shoulder day today, didn't move tons of weight around, just good form and it felt good, the mind/muscle connection was very solid. I need to work on my side laterals, I can't seem to move very much weight around. |
