I kept triceps lighter with higher reps to avoid inflamming my left elbow. I'm managing all of my problem joints as best I can. Superior tricep pump tonight. Chest also was pumped up nicely as well. I also did a bit more volume on chest tonight. I'll be attacking the 130lb DBs next week on inclines.

I hadn't mentioned the hip thing until now, but for the last few weeks I've been getting intermittent sharp pains in one or both hips. It's a shame that my joint pain is preventing me from enjoying the same strength increases that I've had with my upper body.
