Actually DF I consider myself as having 2 lifting careers. First one in California in my twenties and using real gear and the second one after I turned 30 and moved to Colorado and stopped using any real gear long ago. So don't be too impressed by my posting PRs now since they are actually far from what I did in my twenties. All PRs are probably just for the last 15 years. And I can't even know for sure since I've only been recording my workouts for about the last 3 years or so.

But thanks anyway. I am glad to be able to still lift pretty heavy considering I am 42 years old and I haven't stopped lifting since my very first Powerlifting Meet when I was only 18 years old. I was 198lbs, I did a 455 squat, a 292 BP and a 429 Deadlift. No drugs either. I started that before my second competition.

I competed in just one BB Show and one PL meet after I turned 30. Getting married and having 2 children has taken priority over comps. I was planning on doing a PL Meet last November here in Colorado, but as you may recall I tore my pec in August and that put an end to my PL comeback. I'm not sure if it's safe for me to BP heavy or at all anymore. And that goes for my good pec too. I want to keep it that way.

Ya bro better to be able to lift heavy and healthy for life then risk permanent damage for some ego booster lift's. And your natural lifts are nothing to sneeze at so you should be equally proud of those PR's.

Doesn't look like much, but it doesn't include lots of warm up sets to get my knees ready for the beating. My knees have been gradually hurting more each week and the pain is definitely hindering the load I can handle except for hamstring exercises. I think it might be a side effect of my Epistane cycle.
