But thanks anyway. I am glad to be able to still lift pretty heavy considering I am 42 years old and I haven't stopped lifting since my very first Powerlifting Meet when I was only 18 years old. I was 198lbs, I did a 455 squat, a 292 BP and a 429 Deadlift. No drugs either. I started that before my second competition. ![]()

Seated Calves 150x12 150x12 150x12 Doesn't look like much, but it doesn't include lots of warm up sets to get my knees ready for the beating. My knees have been gradually hurting more each week and the pain is definitely hindering the load I can handle except for hamstring exercises. I think it might be a side effect of my Epistane cycle.

I live for workouts like this. Huge pump and I felt like a monster. It's safe to say that after tonight my pec tear isn't affecting my chest strength any longer. I'm back baby, Booyah! ![]()
