Lower BB Squats (3x10- 285lbs) smokin! reps were flyin without any rest pauses Hack Squats (2x8- 335lbs) DB SLDL (2x8- 110s) Standing Calves (4x8- 255lbs) machine Felt really strong tonight. I am really starting to miss doing DL. During SLDL tonight my lat injury was still hurting. It hurts more on that exercise than any other right now. Probably because I originally hurt my lat while doing DL. Something else I've been noticing is that for weeks now my injured pec gets a lot of small spasms. Even though I am not working chest. I'm wondering if it's just because it's healing itself. Anyway, I was in the zone tonight. It must have been the Static X that I was listening to. ![]()

I hope to be able to start doing DL again in December. ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 203 | Sitting here right now trying to decide if I should go hit squats heavy or not. My lower back is feeling funny. Sometimes it just takes getting warmed up and the blood flowing to feel 100%, but right now I don't know. I'd sure hate to tweak it by pinching another nerve.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 203 | Saturday 11/11/06 Lower BB Squats (5x5- 335lbs) Leg Curls (2x8- 135lbs) Seated Calves (4x8- 180lbs) I video taped all 5 sets today. Well, at least I planned to, but I ran out of space on the memory card just as I was about to get under the bar on set number five. Pissed me off too. I'm very disappointed at how dark the video is and the poor quality. It's not the best camera in the world, but it's not the worst either. I tried to demonstrate in the vids that even though I did wear a belt it was only latched on the very first hole and very loose. I wear it more for psychological reasons and I consider my squats raw. Obviously no knee wraps were worn. I only had time to get one clip uploaded tonight, but I'll post the others later. Each clip is taken at a different angle. Enjoy! Here are the other sets.
