Welcome to my journal, I'm gonna cut all the bullshit about how long I've been lifting, and posting my stats.

Monday
School - Push ups, Sit ups, Cardio

Home - Cardio

Tuesday
School
Bench Press - 3-5x5-7
Squat - 3-5x5-7
Stiff Leg Deadlift - 3-5x5-7
Pull Ups - Program
Row (Shrug) - 5x5
Military Press - 5x5

Home - Rest

Wednesday
School - "Workout Wednesday"

Home - HIIT Cardio

Thursday
Recon Ron Pull up Program, Cardio

Home - Rest

Friday
School - Cardio, Routine : 8x2, Core

Home - HIIT Cardio

What are your goals? This seems like a bit of overkill even if you're cutting.

yeah. that's a ton of cardio, a limited resistance training (although I like your rep schemes).
