And every week i switch between two different routines for each BP. Its been more than a few months since i have been lifting and damn did i feel like it today. Since then i started smoking heavily and i could really feel the loss of endurance and strength i have lost since i have lifted last and it really sucks... Starting today i am quiting smoking. . Chest: Flat Bench Press- 3x 12,6,8 Incline Bench Press- 3x 8,8,8 Flyes- 2x 8,12 Decline BP- 2x 10,10 Triceps: Dips- 2x20,20 Overhead Extensions- 3x15,15,10 Skull Crushers- 3x 10,10,10 Cable Pushdowns 2x 10,10 Anyways aside from the general feeling of having to start all over again it feels great to be back. edit: ill post weights when i get back to where i was before because as of right now they are pretttty low. ![]()
