OK, so let's start off like this Weight: 190 Height: 5'7" Age: 17 My goal is to lose some weight, but also to gain some muscle. I don't know the name of some of the exercise I was doing, so I just wrote down what it had on the card. Exercise: back extension set 1: 90 x 10 set 2: 110 x 10 set 3: 110 x 10 set 4: 110 x 10 set 5: 130 x 10 Exercise: abdominal set 1: 70 x 10 set 2: 70 x 10 set 3: 90 x 10 set 4: 90 x 10 set 5: 90 x 10 Exercise: torso rotation set 1: 90 x 10 set 2: 70 x 10 set 3: 70 x 10 set 4: 90 x 10 exercise: chin up 20 exercise: low row set 1: 8(plates) x 10 set 2: 8 x 10 set 3: 8 x 10 set 4: 9 x 10 set 5: 9 x10 diet: cup of pineapple chunks, can of V8, salad, banana, grilled chicken breast sandwich, fruit cup. please give me some criticism, and some advice on supplements would be great. thanks! |
