Default my routine

bench press first 140 3 sets of 10 with a 1 min break in between
squat 200 3 sets of 10
fly 110 3 sets of 10
close grip bench 100 3 sets of 10
arm curl 120 3 sets of 10
upright row 110 3 sets of 10
lat pulldown 110 3 sets of 10
and some forearm workout not sure what it is called 85 3 sets of 10
leg curls 120 3 sets of 10

and thats about it i do it everyday and i have been doing it for 4 mounths now my starting bench press and weight was....
BP was 110
weight was 180 now....
BP is 230
weight is 165
age is still 15

Default Re: my routine

it isnt much to do but hell it works really well ive replaced just about all my fat with muscle oh and i forgot to mention i do around 150 sit ups and about 100 pushups after workout trying to lose some lower stomach fat
