Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Chest/Arms Chest: Incline DB Press: 37.5's X 7 32.5's X 10 Weighted Dips: 12.5 X 5 7.5 X 5 Flat DB Flyes: 25's X 9 Biceps: Standing Barbell Curl: 55 X 6 45 X 8 Incline DB Curls: 17.5's X 7 15's X 7 Triceps: Close Grip Bench: 77.5 X 6 67.5 X 7.5 60 X 7 ***These went down, but I expected that because triceps changed to right after bench and dips. So nothing I can do really. They'll go up next time ***Overhead DB Extension: 30 X 7 ***I'll be doing these instead of reverse grip bench*** Time: 29 minutes Grade: A(+?) for chest, B+ for biceps, and C+ for triceps Notes: Decent workout.
