Chest/Arms

Chest:
Incline DB Press:
37.5's X 7
32.5's X 10

Weighted Dips:
12.5 X 5
7.5 X 5

Flat DB Flyes:
25's X 9

Biceps:
Standing Barbell Curl:
55 X 6
45 X 8
Incline DB Curls:
17.5's X 7
15's X 7


Triceps:
Close Grip Bench:
77.5 X 6
67.5 X 7.5
60 X 7

***These went down, but I expected that because triceps changed to right after bench and dips. So nothing I can do really. They'll go up next time ***

Overhead DB Extension:
30 X 7

***I'll be doing these instead of reverse grip bench***

Time: 29 minutes
Grade: A(+?) for chest, B+ for biceps, and C+ for triceps
Notes:
Decent workout. Chest was great, biceps were good, but triceps (because of pre-exhaustion) were weaker than usual.

Thanks bro. I'm trying to get to 125'ish short term...by the end of the year around 140. Also I'm trying to bring up my strength by alot.
