A small cheat does not do it for me, so I just have one huge cheat meal a week. 8 Entemann's donuts. Had a sandwich with lettuce on it earlier, and some eggs for breakfast. Will probably have chicken + broccoli later, and cottage cheese before bed. MOP

I really really wanted 14 on dips but could not muster it out. I think once I hit 15 I will start adding weight. I ended up beating the 1.5 mile guys by a last-leg sprint. I absolutely flew by them haha, felt so good. MOP

Light Day Cleans: 115x6/ 115x6 Dips BWx14/ BWx6/ BWx4 Chins: BWx4/ BWx3/ BWx2 Squat: None Bench: 95x8 Comments: An ok workout based on the time I had. Fire alarm was pulled during class so we were outside for 10-15 minutes. I was very tired today though. Also, I think I might need to start eating more. I am getting hungry between meals. and LOL I went into GNC earlier and started talkin to the dude there and he was recommending muscle-tech products haha. He also mentioned something (started with an h, I didn't really pay attention) that was as close to steroids as you could get without being steroids. I lol'd. MOP

I didn't even give 100% effort and owned every single set (of bench and squats, the only ones I even attempted the "bust" on.). I already don't like this class lol.
