A small cheat does not do it for me, so I just have one huge cheat meal a week. 8 Entemann's donuts. Had a sandwich with lettuce on it earlier, and some eggs for breakfast. Will probably have chicken + broccoli later, and cottage cheese before bed. MOP

On squats someone saw me load the 2 plates on each side and was like, "no way man, you're gonna fall down and hurt youself after the first rep."
