Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 46 | Hi, I am MOP as many of you know. I stopped lifting a while ago, and need to get started back up. I don't want to train like I was before though, I will be trying to get stronger, because I am freaking weak, and lazy. I am between 5'7 and 5'9, weigh around 185lbs., and I think I am around 17% bodyfat or so. last time I tested my maxes, last time I remember anyways, they were: Bench: 135 Squat: 225 Deadlift: 255 I have been screwing around a little in my basement, nothing too serious though. I am going to be a thrower in track, and I will log my progress here. The journal will start as soon as I figure out the lifting scheme, etc. It will basically be the first time lifting in a real gym so we'll see how this works out. By the end of the summer, I want between a 900 and 1000 total at my current bodyweight or less. MOP ![]()

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | I think you can do it, the 900lb + total that is. Your going to have to work your ass off smart and hard. How long have you been training (overall)?

My guess is it won't be half bad ie. Monday: squats, bench, cleans, lat pulldown, curls Wednesday: same as monday except replace deads with cleans, Friday: same as monday prolly something like that. MOP

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 46 | Here's what I did today (what I remember at least lol) Ab machine: none Back Squat: didn't do Flat Bench: 135x6 Tri cable machine: didn't do Clean and Jerk: didn't do Cleans: didn't do DB bench: 35x12 DB lunge: didn't do DB military: 45x8 Front Squat: didn't do Incline Bench: didn't do Jammer: 90x5 (on my sheet I accidentally put 135x5 because I counted a bar in there LOL) Lat Pulldown: 110x10 Leg Curl: didn't do Push Press: didn't do Rows: 110x10 Snatch: didn't do Not really anything lower body. Weight room was pretty crowded today. MOP
