(b/s/d) I will still keep my running up like I have been (5 days a week) but if I start to feel worn down I will skip running. MOP

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | ^I concur. If you wanna keep up with the cardio, I'd say do some power walking or swimming if you can. Running for more than 10-15 minutes while you're trying to gain strength is pretty dangerous in my opinion. What's your diet like right now?

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | I mean, you can gain strength while doing cardio, but its more like 'despite' the cardio. I believe if you got enough fat (seriously) you can cut and do cardio and still gain strength, but not sure with low bf%. if your doing HIIT of any kind, don't expect strength gains haha
