Alright I have changed my mind yet again. I am going to go on a three day lower/ upper split starting next week. I will max out my three lifts today. (b/s/d)

I will still keep my running up like I have been (5 days a week) but if I start to feel worn down I will skip running.

^I concur. If you wanna keep up with the cardio, I'd say do some power walking or swimming if you can. Running for more than 10-15 minutes while you're trying to gain strength is pretty dangerous in my opinion.

I mean, you can gain strength while doing cardio, but its more like 'despite' the cardio.

I believe if you got enough fat (seriously) you can cut and do cardio and still gain strength, but not sure with low bf%.

if your doing HIIT of any kind, don't expect strength gains haha

I have just been doing HIIT and other hard cardio bc I wanted to start getting a little better conditioned for when I start sprint training next week.

I tossed the upper/ lower thing. I'll figure something out, and it will be a surprise. I will make sure to eat more.

I planned my shit out, then I remembered I am going on a cruise in three weeks =/. I think I can still lift, but it will be different than what I originally planned.

I'm ****ing sick of being ****ing fat. I've been the same height and weight and bodyfat for years now, and it's starting to piss me off. I have never been below 12% and the more I stay at my current bf% the harder it will be to drop that fat. DAMMIT!!!

I gotta make a change. This is ridiculous.
