Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 47 | Hey I've been on these forums a while now, and figured I might as well start a workout log. i need to anyway for the IMPC Contest. Well, it's an off day for me, so i won't be posting my lifts right now. A tiny bit of background: i started lifting in about 6th grade, not having a clue what I was doing. I never worked lower body or back, just bis, tris, and chest. At that time, I weighed 112, at 5'6 or 5'7. I did gain a little weight, but it was just luck. i started seriously lifting this year at 124 pounds. Since then I have gained around 20 pounds or so, making my current weight about 144. I hope to get to at least 160 by September, when football starts. i'll be a freshman, and a first year football player. I listen to lots of heavy metal and hard rock music, almost every spare moment I get, I'm listening to music and eating. So far, i love weight lifting and hope to keep doing it until i am 60 or 70 years old. i'll post again tomorrow. ![]() |

I couldn't work out today because of a baseball game, and lots of homework... darn it... i think i'll just do it tomoorow, even though i have practice... not a good time to start a workout log. I'm too busy. i've got a project on wednesday, baseball practice thursday, and lots of homework. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 47 | today I had to do a double workout due to me missing out yesterday... bench press: 70+ whatever the bar weighs x 6x 4 i tried decline db flies, but it felt too akward. maybe next time... incline bench press: 50+ the bar x 7 x 3 tricep extensions: 30x8x3 supersetted w/ pushups. close grip bench press: same weight as incline, 6x 3 bb curls: 40x 6x 3 i would've done hammer curls, but i had to go to baseball practice. well, tomorrow's back day. ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 47 | I'm counting down until Cinco De Mayo hehehe... ok here's my workout: arms hammer curls: 15x3x8 bb curls: 40x3x6 over the head tricep extensions: 30x3x7 close grip bench press: 60x3x8 superset 10 pushups, fast paced oh, crap!!! i forgot to do dips!!! NNNNNOOOOOO!!! o well, i'll add them in tomorrow (chest day) at the end.

I couldn't work out because i had a baseball game, and tomorrow's an off day. arghh! i guess I got leg work in earlier this week from riding my bike so much. i did have a great game, though. I pitched 3 innings and struck out 7 people, while no one got a hit off of me. ![]()
