Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 47 | I went on a school trip for the past 4 days (Tuesday-Friday) and I got generally only 5-6 hours of sleep every night, I was living off of McDonald's and stuff like that, only eating 4 times a day, no before bed meal, I couldn't even lift because the dumb preps at our school would go bananas in the weight room. I got on the scale this morning, and I weighed in at only 147.5 pounds! This sucks ass, but now I am just going to pig out on all good food, and try to regain the weight that I lost. Btw, there were some good things about the trip. ![]() MOP

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 47 | I started a weight training camp on Monday, and it stinks! No deads, squats, or bench,except on the smythe machine... I think they call this thing circuit training, but I'm not sure... All the machines for 3x10. I'm gonna go back to my normal split on Monday, but I still have to use the same equipment. I had my first cheat meal in a long time, three of those"LeanPockets". One was philly cheese steak,the other two were pepperoni pizza. I gained back a lot of weight. I'm back up to a "lofty" 153. ![]() KES

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 47 | For breakfast alone, I ate: 3 eggs, 1 white 4 slices of turkey bacon 12 whole wheat pancakes 3 glasses of skim milk 1 glass of water 4 banana muffins and more eggs. I'm so glad I did cardio this morning. Had a 20 minute session of jogging in the park. I'll post up the rest of my diet later. We're goin to HOOTERS!!!

It only took a half an hour! ![]() I'll start listing them differently: Smith leg press: 100x10, 130x10, 140x10, 150x7 Calf raises on the smith machine used for leg press: 80x12, 80x12, 80x12 Weighted crunches (*sigh* another machine): 100x10, 110x10, 120x8 Leg extensions: 100x12, 120x10, 150x8 I've eaten an entire jar of natty pb today because I was very active. I walked a total of 1 hour today to and from both of my camps. MOP

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 47 | Here's my shoulder/ tri/ back workout for today: Smith shoulder press: 60x10, 70x10, 80x10 Smith incline shoulder press: 50x10, 70x10, 80x8 Pullups: 1 set of 10, 1 set of 6, 1 set of 5 (I hate pullups lol.) Tricep pulldown: 60x10, 2x80x10, 90x8 Lat pulldowns: First time doing these. Didn't want to go too heavy: 60x10, 80x10, 100x10 MOP
