Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Ok seeing that almost everyone is documenting their progress, I'll start too. I've been working out steadily since May, and although I already made good progress up until now, mainly fat loss -around 35 lbs-, I count today as point 0. Short term goal is to drop another 30 lbs. of fat and gain as much muscle as possible. Long term goal.....we'll see how things go for now. -------------------------------------------------------- Current Stats: Wednesday 10-11 - Day Off Weight: 255.6 lbs BF: 23 % Age: 23 Height: 6.4' -------------------------------------------------------- Biceps (flexed) Left: 16.75 Right: 16.50 Chest: TBA Stomach: TBA All others: TBA Diet, is a pretty much standard one. I try to spread everything out over the course of the day, but since I work and go to school full time, it can get hectic at some points, and then I just grab anything I can. There are probably some things I'm missing, but the basics are down to get this started. |
