| Pro Stature | May 15, 2006 Workout Today 5 x 20 Hammer Curls 2 x 10 Preacher Curls 2 x 100 Sit Ups 5 x 20 Push Ups. Food Morning Snicker Marathon Protien bar 24 Oz Water Lunch. Powerade and a turkey sandwhich Dinner Steak Protein Shake and some canteloupe and strawberries. |

| Pro Stature | I've started working after school so now I have a complete gym everday thats free. I've also started taking creatine capsules (2) and a protein shake in the morning. So todays workout was May 16, 2006 8-6-4-2-1 X Benchpress 3 x 5 Powercleans (Heavy) 3 x 5 Front Press 8-6-4-2-1 x Chair Squat (Heavy) 3 x 8 Lat Pulls 3 x 8 Arnold's 2 x 5 Hammers 2 x 5 Leapers. 100 Sit ups for a cool down. |

Workout Summary 50 Crunches 20 Russian Twists 25 Leg Raises 50 Crunches 25 Pikes 25 Scissors then ending with 50 crunches.
