| Pro Stature | Yeah don't really know what to do here so I'm just gonna post some of my daily routines March 27, 2006 Lower Body Workouts Leapers 5 x 10 135 lbs. Hammers 5 x10 135 lbs. Jump and Shrug 3 x 10 165 lbs. Calf Press 2 x 20 410 lbs. (Yes I do this) Leg Press 3 x 15 235 lbs. Run for 20 minutes. Breakfast Scrambled Eggs and a Soy Protien Shake with a nutrigrain bar. |

| Pro Stature | I'm going for lean and cut. Hammers are a football training thing and leapers is a machine like the calf raise but you go all the way down till your butt touches the ground and jump up. |
