Default Jasons Workout Log/Routine

Hey guys my names Jason i've been lifting for a little less then 9 months. Im 17 yrs old and some of my stats are in my sig. I'm currently bulking and looking to get to 160-165 within the next month or 2. Then i'll decide whether to keep bulking or go onto cutting. I'll post my Routine in a few minutes.

btw you might know me from bodybuilding.com's forums as irishbuilder

Creatine, Whey Protein, N-Large2, Multi-Vitamin

Default Routine

Alright well...my current routine is a 4 day split.

Basically:

Mon: Back/Bi's
Weds: Chest/Tris
Thurs: Legs/Abs/Forearms
Fri: Shoulders/Traps

I figured id go ahead and try out the "8 weeks to mass program" ironmass.com's home page because it looks promising.

Anyway so basically thats:
Mon: Chest/Tris
Tues: Back/Bis
Weds: OFF!
Thurs:Legs/Abs
Fri: Shoulders/Traps

Not very different from what im doing right now but it has a variety of sets and rep schemes and different exercises every week which should keep me growing and stop me from plateauing so often.

I plan on fully starting this program on Monday May 16. This week is gonna be too chopped up so i'll only be able to lift monday and tuesday.
