| Pro Stature | had an alright workout today. i'm still at my house, but i guess it is better than nothing right now. here is my workout from last tuesday and from today. tuesday: deadlift: 135x5, 205x5, 275x 5, 300x 5 skull crushers: 55x 10, 75x 10, 85x 10 bench dips: 1 set until failure today(thursday): r/c exercises power cleans: 95x 15, 115x 10, 135x 10 upright rows: 85x 12 for 3 sets side/front/bent raises(supersetted): 25x 12 for 2 sets each plus a bunch of grip work I would have done millitary press instead of upright rows but my tris were still destroyed from tuesday. today was the first time i've ever done power cleans, and i like them a lot. |
