| Pro Stature | fri dec 29 ATG squats: 135x 5, 195x 5, 225x 5, 135x 5, 115x 12 close grip bench press(smith): 165x 5, 185x 5, 195x 5, 205x 4 alt db curl: 45x 10, 50x 5, 45x 4 gripper: 90x 10, 135x 10, 160x 5 standing calf raise: 235x 20, 20, 20 Threw a little arms in with legs since we didn't do an arms day this week due to christmas. Next week we will have to find somewhere to fit a little arms in because my gym is closed on monday(new years day). Workout felt good. All of my lifts went up. |

| Pro Stature | Yeah.. I have been going up with all of my lifts on pretty much just post workout carbs. Maybe one other meal with carbs depending. But I haven't been craving them and my workouts haven't been suffering so I guess I'm not going to worry about it. |

I was going to do chest, but I went with my bro instead of my workout partner and his chest was sore so we did shoulders. I guess I will be doing tues/back wed/chest thurs/legs fri/arms this week! |

| Pro Stature | tues jan 2 weight: 183 wide overhand chins: bw+10x 3, bw+25x 3, bw+35x 3 deadlift: 135x 5, 225x 1, 275x 1, 315x 1, 365x 0 db row: 85x 3, 90x 3, 95x 3 hammer front lat pulldown: 180x 3, 5, 6 hammer low row: 180x 5, 5, 5 Pretty happy with my weight because right now I am just trying to get stronger without gaining too much weight in the form of fat. I can tell that I have been loosing fat which I am also happy about. I will probably keep my diet similar to what it is now until I stop moving up weight on my lifts. Another note: I should have used smaller weight increases on deadlifts heh. |

| Pro Stature | wed jan 3 benchpress: 135x 5, 185x 3, 195x 3, 205x 1 hammer incline: 230x 5, 5, 4 dips: +45x 7, 4, 4 incline db press: 65x 5, 5, 5 incline fly: 40x 8, 8, 7 The workout felt great, I was sweating my ass off. Im kind of suprized that my incline db presses were that high still. I haven't done them in probably a year, and when I was doing them the most I got up to was 75(first exercise too). |

| Pro Stature | It is a 45lb bar. My bench is just really padded compared to the rock hard benches there. I get like bruises on my back after benching there or broken blood vessels or something. Plus it makes me more nervous when im with my training partner because he isnt a good spotter. My dad usually spots me at my house and I like how he does it. |
